My boss just closed down one of his stores and wants me to sell some leftover stuff from there. LOTS of chevy front end stuff by MOOG. Most of the stuff is 88-98 chevy, but there is a bit of older chevy stuff, some ford, dodge and chrysler also. These are the types of parts that I found based on the part numbers that were given to me. There are pitmans, idlers, ball joints (upper and lower), tierod adjusting sleeves, and tierod ends. If you need anything for your truck or just looking for backups, I will make you some killer deals, (I.E. I bought a pitman and idler arm for my tahoe (95 4x4) for $40). I have a ton of stuff though, so I don't want to try to list all part numbers. The easiest way is to go to Rockauto.com, put in your vehicle and find the part numbers for moog (they carry both moog and acdelco). Just shoot me a pm with a part number, I will see if it matches up to something I have and then I will send you a price. I also have a stack of raybestos brake pads, if you are interested there I can also make you a deal, just go to their website and get part numbers. Those I do have for all sorts of different vehicles, so if you need some for the wifes ride, you can still check. Please understand that I will make you great deals, and this stuff is moog, the best you can get. I know that I have to put a price on it, so lets say $1.00... cuz there is so much to pick from and I am sure some of it will go for nearly that low amount...
Damn, where was this deal months ago! :teddy:

alright, I'm at work right now, I will try to get the list at home since I left it there if I get a chance. also, i got on here, since last night I have already got 14 pm's, so I will have to answer them in order. The boss doesn't want to wait around so I can't hold on to stuff. Once I give you prices you guys'll have like two days to pay so I can get this done, he wants to get it done asap... thanks guys

Alright, I have to apologize in advance guys, I had about 4 times this many parts yesterday, but my boss sold some stuff today to another local mechanic. I went through what was left, brought it home with me so that he couldn't sell anymore, and conferred with him over the prices. There were so many pm's that I just decided for my sanity to list part numbers that I have and go first come first serve. I will also say, after research I don't think that the prices will be as good if you only buy one part. I neglected to think about shipping, and with these parts being moderately heavy, one pitman may cost like 7-8 just to ship. He gave me the prices he wants to get out of them so that is as low as I can go. Shipping will be extra but I will try to ship them as cheap as I can find.

I also know that I have the at least one pair of raybestos PGD369M pads which would fit my 95 tahoe so should fit alot of others. I have another list 3 pages long of other part numbers of all makes and models of pads, so if you are interested there, hit me up with a part number you are looking for and I will tell you if I have some also. Most of those pads in the professional grade series are like 20-25 per pair, and I do have a few of the Quiet Stop series. Again guys, I tried my best to have all the parts as there were like 6 each of the pitman and idler arms for 88-98 common left last night, but he sold them since he is in a hurry to get his money... let me know if you think these prices are crazy and I will let him know so that maybe he will go down a bit more. I will tell you, we get a discount from the parts stores, (usually 25-40%) below joe shmoe walkin cost, and he has discounted that price 20-50% to come up with these....

What happened to the killer prices?????
The parts I priced out at the other site are only about $2-3 more than your prices....I'd rather pay the extra cash to a business than pay someone who's going out of business..
Example
Pitman K6335 32.79 Rockauto.com--- $30.00 your price
Tierods ES2836RL 30.79 Rockauto------$26.00 Your price
ES2838RL 30.79 Rockauto ----- $27.00 your price
Idler Arm K6447 49.97 Rockauto -----$43.00 Your price

look, I agree with you tribal, but I can't sell my bosses parts for less than he says is ok... the way he put it to me yesterday, he wanted to just get rid of it, but now I am thinking that he thinks the people here are stupid and he can screw them. I told him that I would try if I could, but that I wasn't promising anything great... if they don't sell fast, then I can probably do something better, but this is what I have to start them at until he says otherwise... sorry again...

I understand it's not in your control. We were all just led to believe that a pitman arm and an Idler arm were $40 during this sale. Now suddenly they're $73..Don't get me wrong, They're still not real bad prices. But you could get just about the same prices walking into a store and not dealing with shipping costs etc... Being on the FSC staff, I have to look out for our members best interest here.. and we were all misled..

well, I have a little bit better news, but I don't really have time right now to figure these prices. He asked me if I think if he knocked 30% off those prices if they would be fair, and I said I thought they would be looking a lot better... I'll figure it out when I get home tonight, but if in the meantime, you guys want to figure it out and think it sounds any better... let me know what you may or may not want...
Sounds better if he'll let you do it.

You would think that if the stuff is gonna sit around that he'd sell if for at least 50% off.

he's gonna go for it... so let me know if anyone is interested... also, I want to apologize for this bit of crap that was dealt. I just really appreciate this site personally and was looking out for it if I could... I don't want people to think that I am trying to screw them, but in the meantime, I still have to please my boss so that I can continue to draw checks to pay for my internet :damnit: ... He used to be a cool guy, but now he could give a ****e about anyone here, and I personally wouldn't even have done it for him if it weren't for the opportunity to help everyone here if I could...
