Got a problem with the KP 4 link. Last night I put on the passenger side brackets and bars. The bottom bar is fine, it doesn't have much threads showing but the top even with the jam nut is over 7/8" showing. I haven't removed the leaf spring from the driver side yet, could that be the reason? Does the 4 link actually move the rear end in a little. I'm sorry I don't have pics but I can get some. Is it because with the driver side spring is still on, I can't pull the rear end up to the frame, isn't that where it supose to be when you install the bars? Thanks

the four link bars help adjust the pinion angle..I think that once you remove the driver's side springs you will be able to fully adjust the pinion angle...Izzy, Cam and I are doing mine this weekend...will let you know how mine goes soon.

You guys feel like doing another one, lol, Tulsa is only a couple hours from here :run: Ok, cool, that's what I was hoping the problem was. Thanks

The 4 link will move the driveshaft forward/backward into the slip yoke of the tranny. The KP I installed before had exactly 7/8" of thread showing and the same on the panhard bar.
More than likely the spring is longer from the rearend to the hanger mount and is keeping the other side from being able to move forward.

Mine had 7/8" showing also. I think the top was a hair less due to setting the pinion angle 1 degree down

haha, thanks man. Everyone likes the lift, so I figure I'd post a pic. Looks like stock, but it's 3" higher than stock in the front
