Its layin frame.I still have to raise the rear fender wells a little to be able to drag without smoking the rear tires :burn: I've drug it front and back though.

Very nice, welcome to the club! Saw the pics of your canti, just rememember to air the back up when you go into some funky ass driveways. I have the KP setup that is a bit lower than the frame at ride height, I scraped the lever on my parents driveway twice because I was too low (the driveway is a slope up then a dip, then slope up).

the wheels on dave's truck only need 4.75" of backspacing to tuck, so with it having 5", they have a little room to spare. You could run some 275/35/20's in the back no problem. That would look fine

I rides real nice!I've read about how people said bagged trucks ride good but,I really didn't think it would ride as good as it does.

Throw your stock rims and tires on there, itll scare you how well it rides then. When I drove mine home it felt like the truck was floating.

hey dave, NICELY DONE... little late here but have been planning a setup similar,, which 4link did you go with, s.s doors or weld on kp or?????

p.s. what brand of spindles do you run?

i'm planning sumpin similar but instead of welding everything to the frame,, welding it to plates then bolting to the frame and axle (lotta custom plates).. then only true frame mod is notch...

This isn't going to be much help but I don't remember what 4-link was used but it wasn't KP or s s doors ,it is a weld on though. And even less help , the spindles were on the truck when I bought it , so I don't know what they are either!

How do you like the GC valves?
Too fast/ slow or just right?

daves97
11-26-2004, 09:07 PM
The fills are fine but the dump is to fast.I already whent to lowes and bought a 3/8s reducer and just today I bought some pvc plugs. I'll drill holes in the plugs untill I find the speed I like.
