AC & vent help

Ok, its a 99 OBS 3500, and the problem is that the AC doesn't work and no air will blow through the defrosts vents as well as the forward facing ones, only air comes from the floor vents. i checked my fuses (namely #12) and wires, still nothing. also when the circulation or AC buttons are engaged they dont light up... as always, thanks for the help...

Alright since I was on the phone already with my friends at the dealership getting a part number for mr. 92 I thought I would get an answer for another one of you peeps.

To quote the GM Tech "there is either a bad actuator motor or ac controller". Thats all I got for that.

you will most likely have to replace the whole AC control board. I grounded mine out a while back when I was setting up my radio - the antenna line touched one of the circuit lines. A/C, defrost, and lights would not work.... ended up buying a new A/C control board.
