just wondering if there is a FSC special price for the above posted bumper (smoothie with 2 frenched in lights?). I would probably be looking to get it either powder coated black or unfinished and have it painted. THanks
EDIT: Also, does it come with the lights and wiring for them, or would i purchase the lights seperately?
