Long story, but I've ended up with three consoles to go in my truck, and obviously I only need one. So up for sale are the two extra:
Great shape. Gray material, but could be recovered. Does NOT have homelink. Lights work, but one bulb is burnt out.
$55 + shipping SOLD

Appears to be nearly brand new, but there are some very minor scratches on one edge near HVAC panel. Includes HOMELINK and controls for rear HVAC. Knobs for HVAC are dirty, but just need to be cleaned. Homelink is tested and works great (at least on my garage door). Lights work as well. Gray material.
$65 +shipping
Also still available is this bench seat:
PRICE REDUCED $125 +shipping SOLD
And these OBS Chrome mirrors: SOLD
Monte Carlo SS emblem:

PRICE REDUCED $5 +shipping
PM me with any questions. All of these items would make great Christmas presents (but I'm not wrapping them for you.)
EDIT - Everything but the SS emblems is gone. Thanks to all who bought stuff.

W/O HVAC is airdeano's for now.
W/ Homelink and HVAC is still available. There is someone selling billet aluminum blanks that will fill this spot. They look very nice from what I've seen, and would allow you to mount gauges, switches, or leave blank. Check the for sale section here for more info. I think they're going for $30 shipped, but I'm not positive.
ebxgsxr: Depends on the truck. Regular cabs for all years are not equiped for these, so they require some fabrication. I'm in the middle of installing mine. After it's done (hopefully this weekend) I can give you better instructions. It doesn't seem tough, but you have to cut the tabs off the rear of the console, run some wires so the lights have power, then you use sheet metal screws to mount it. I'm attaching a thin sheet of wood between the console and the inner roof to hold it in place. It requires some holes to be cut in the headliner, so that is sorta stressful.
If your truck is a 95+ SUV or extended cab, it should be all ready for the console, wiring and all. There is a step by step install guide in the TECH section. I'd check it out either way, to give you an idea of what is involved.
CR: I don't think the controls would work for your HVAC. THere's no AC button. There is a fan speed dial, a hot/cold dial, and a high/low control. YOu might be able to wire something up, but I'd imagine it'd take a lot more work than it's worth. I had the same idea at first, but decided I didn't want the wiring headache.
Any more questions, let me know.

If anyone needs a tan one (the basic one) maybe we could work out a trade with the gray one so I won't need to recover mine.
Just checking.

We could do a trade if needed. I will get shipping quotes late tonight. I would estimate around $15, but that could be off a bit.

Let me know if you want to trade, Maybe I could pay shipping both ways. It's not very big or heavy so it should not be too much. What's your zip? Mine is 48475 - Mine is in excellent condition. I'm just looking to not recover mine if I don't need to.
Thanks.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure your 95 is ready for the console, but you might do some research on here to make sure. That was the first year for the new interior, so it may be different.
Shipping should be $10 to Maryland. I have to modify the box I have, so I kind of guessed at the exact measurement. If it's shorter and cheaper, it might be a buck or so less.

All consoles sold. Sorry. If I come across any more, I will post here.
Oh, and those consoles will fit in a reg cab 96. In fact, you might actually already be wired up and have the tabs ready. Do a search on here, and you will find more info.
