Door panle question '88-'98 "removal"

Hello having problems still opening my door and i was wondering if you can take a door panel off (drivers side) without opening the door, i sold my '91 and i would like the poor guy to be able to open the door on the way home

Can't see how you could pry off the door panel w/ the door closed w/out cutting it which would basically ruin it. That does this have to do w/ the 91? Does it not have a door panel or something?

no it has a door panel but here is my problem, first off the window came off the rails and i believe knocked the bar that goes from the handle to the jam to open it therefore the door won't open at all, i tried everything and i figured the only way to grt it open is to take the door panel off and try and get it open manually or put the bar back on and it just seems there is no way to get the door panel off while the door is closed. I sold the '91 and it will be picked up on thursday. Any suggestions?

if its unlocked you should be able to roll down the window and use a coathanger to grab the pull rod thingy and pop the door latch open.
