Well im trying to hook up an amp to my rockford deck so i can hook up some subs. But my deck doesnt seem to be getting power. I ran the power cord from the battery and grouned it. BUUT on my amp there is a remote power wire...But my deck doesnt have that..
What should i do?
if its an after market radio, being a rockford it should be, unless its one of the nissan factory one. The remote wire would be either blue or blue with white.

And i should have one coming from the back of my deck? also how big is this wire? is it like just a speaker wire or a big power one?

Ya it should be the same as a speaker wire and blu or blue with white stripe as stated. If it does not work hook it into an ignition switched 12+ source. Meaning it gets 12 volts when you turn the key to the ignition to the on and accessory position.
