nbs lowered 2 and 4 will a 285/50/20 will it fit.

I am looking at a set of boss 301's with 285/50/20's it bolted on fine and it didn't hit when turning. but what happens when you hit a bump when turning.

I may try putting them back on and jacking up the front end under the lower control arm and then turning the wheel.

Please let me know

Just put a jack under the control arm and jack up each side individually until it is fully compressed, then turn the wheel adn see if there is any interference.

I occasionally rub in front with a 275/45. I'd be surprised if you don't rub up front. Rear should be fine.

My guess would be no, it's not going to work without some type of rubbing. What is the offset of the wheels? That's a big tire on there. It may work ok on the jacks, but real-world driving conditions vary and I would guess you're gonna have problems.

I bought the wheels and tires with the option to return them.

Just to let anyone else know who is looking at the same thing they did hit when coming off the street to an uphill driveway :scared: :damnit:

I returned them tonight.

I think it was nice that it filled the wheel wells but it made it look like a 4x4.

I want to keep some sidewall for towing. No 45 series for me.
