Hey i have a 2003 silverado sportside 2wd reg cab. Im thinking about getting the fabtech 6in performance lift. http://www.4wheelonline.com/Products.aspx?CategoryId=474&ProductId=458
Do you guys know anything about this lift or company? Also if you guys would like to post a lift that you think would be better for my truck that would be nice. Im trying to stay with a suspension lift because my dad doesnt want to put a body lift on my truck. Any information would be nice thanks.
Heres a picture of my truck to

Fabtech is a good company with good customer service. But that particular 6" kit is a bad design. It stuffs a 3" coil bewteen the bucket and the lower a arm, creating a bad upper ball joint angle and bad tie rod angles. You will also max out your alignment.
A better design is a lift that uses a subframe and drops the lower control arms. These designs keep all of the angles stock, and your stock parts will last longer.
The fabtech 7" subframe kit is the best bang for your buck. Good design, easy to install, and cheap (around $1200). Pro comp makes a kit that is very similar in cost and design.
Cognito motorsports makes a 7" kit that has a similar design, but also strengthens the weak points in the stock components and also offers a coil over shock, instead of a stock like coil. The cognito subframe is 1 piece, unlike any other kit. It also comes with new upper a arms with moog ball joints, and you can get heimed steering and idler/pitman arm supports. You can run dual shocks up front along with the coil, or you can run an aftermarket coil over shock like king, fox, sway away, or bilstein. The cognito kit is a lot more expensive, especially when you start adding on the extras. The cognito kit is also a 7-9" kit if you use coil overs.

I want to stick with a 6in lift cause i dont think im going to go over 33in tires. Also from what i've read the 7in fabtech is only for ext cab trucks and i have a reg cab truck.
is this that pro comp kit your talking about?

No, that kit is the 6" kit for 88-98 trucks.
You need this kit: http://4wheelparts.com/4wp/products/productLine.asp?cat=SUS&prodline=3016&catName=Suspension&man=PRO&parentProdline=SusChevPRO&expand=sub1
Part #: EXPK1077 (2nd from bottom of the page)
The difference bewteen a 6" and a 7" kit is nothing. 7" kits require trimming the fenders to run 35" tires, so 33" tires will be perfect with 7" of lift.
The fabtech kit works on single cabs too, except you can't use the lateral compression struts. Or you'll need to fabricate a crossmember on your frame to attach them.. other than that it fits. I've seen it done before.
Here's my truck with a 6" fabtech, 3" body, on 33x13.50 baja claws and 16x10" rims. If 33's don't look that bad with 9" of lift, they certainly won't look bad with 7" of lift

how does your truck ride with that 6in fabtech lift? would it hurt my truck if i got it?

It was a little stiff in the front. I had a little axle wrap in the back, because I was using a 3" block. An add-a-leaf or leaf springs would take care of that.
I wouldn't ever run a suspension that doesn't lower the lower a arms. A 3" coil is too much for these trucks.
By the way, I sheared a ball joint in half with this kit. Only put 35,000 miles on the kit when it sheared in half. I almost rolled my truck, and I had some fender damage. I wouldn't run that kit again if someone paid me.
