Tire Question

Hey guys I put 265/75 tires on my stock 2wd 2003 ext cab Silverado. What do I need to do with the spare if I get a flat? Or should I get another 265 and have it mounted instead of the stock spare?

I really wouldn't worry about it. If you get a flat it's not like it's going to take a year for you to get it fixed. I just put 285's on the "Squirrel" yesterday and still have the stock 255 spare.

i have 265's on my truck and had to use the spare for 2 days and no problems other that looking stupid.

Don't worry about it.. just stick the spare on the front if you ever get a flat.. especially if you have a lsd.

I have 36" tires, and I still have my stock 265 spare tire... and I'll use it too if I ever need to. Just make sure to put it on the front.

if u get a flat, chances are that your only gonna drive around for a day so it wouldnt make such a big deal...
