alright so i REALLY am gonna order the air ride tomorrow, gonna give jason at sd a call. kp 6 link, airlift 2600 bags, i got all stainless 1/2 line, but i got a couple questions. SD has a sale on these new "E" valves. Theyre 1/2 valves rated at 470 psi. Theyre 15 bucks off, makin em 35 a valve. I know its a hell of a deal, but has anybody used these vavles? i dont wanna buy somethin thats gonna chit out on me.
Also, i was lookin at ART's ridepro e for the controller, but ive also looked into manual dual needle gauges. Can anybody lemme know how they set their line up to the gauges? Also, how hard is an 8 switch box to wire in?
Tnx guys. :ehcapt:

with the fast 1/2" valves, the ridepro E isnt what you want. It's only individual corners at a time, and the buttons are kinda hard to use. Switches are a ton easier, and hey have FBSS. I built a plate out of aluminum that goes where the stock radio was, with both gauges mounted in it.

just wanted to say Jason is a great guy!
I have 2 dual needle gauges in a switch panel I made for my center console. I would stay away from those valves and stick with SMC's or Parkers. Wiring up a switch box is easy, it should have a diagram for you and its just connect one wire to each of the valves.

so did you hear somethin bad about em? Or do you think i just shouldnt try something that nobody is familiar with?

I prefer sticking with what works. Lots of us are running SMC's without problems.

i'm sure jason's not gunna sell you crap... and if you have problems withit, he's prob #1 for customer service... he wouldn't sell it if it were junk, i'd get em.. that ride pro is junk, unless your never gunna play with it, and the switch box is SUPER easy to wire in

my box didnt have a diagram.. but jasons site has one on it.. .really easy to wire.. just use speaker wire, and you can run 2 wires at once.

Thats what I did, I ran a speaker wire from each corner so they were easy to keep track of.

as for the E valves.....jason doesn't sell crap and who knows maybe they're really good compared to smc's and such and u could be the first to tell us how good they are
