Do a search on here and you'll see all the proof you need. The low prices are the hook.

I bought a set of upper and lower tublar control arms.. Before ART and KRZ had thiers out. I had a ball joint that came with the arms break. It messed up my wheel. I was broke down on the side of the rode etc...

Needless to say that was the last in a long list of crap products that I bought from that company... NEVER AGAIN!!!

There are many stories on this and just about every other truck site that I have been on. I will never buy from them. To think back in the day when I first was looking at costs to lower my truck I would look at the AIM ads. :cussing:

They SUCK!!!

To think back in the day when I first was looking at costs to lower my truck I would look at the AIM ads.

:word: i made the same mistake and more back in high school. i actually ordered a complete drop kit from those clowns for my ram 50. :badidea: 1 of the 2 spindles wasn't completely machined and they wouldn't work with my wheels anyway (they said it would work with 15" and above rims, but apparently not mine). i had replacement leafs in the rear with a block and finished it off with their phantom shocks. at the time, i thought i wasn't cutting corners and should get a good ride, since i replaced everything "properly." needless to say, that junk bounced around more than a crackhead on a pogo stick. to top it all off, that truck was in the back of minitruckin' and they mentioned my shaim setup...i really hope nobody read that and went and ordered crap from them. things we all do when we are young and dumb.

I bought a pair of drop spindles for my old 89 short bed, after tapping the holes for the backingplates first the caliper bolts stripped then it started spitting out outer wheel bearings. Boy am I glad I saved 35 dollars !!!!!!!

i really appreciate the input. i've aways bought bell tech because they are a reputable company and ive lowered all of my rides with them. but a few of my buddies started using djm several years ago because they were quite a bit cheaper than bell tech, and they have never had any problems out of their equipment. so i figured that maybe aim or chassis tech may be like djm. good stuff at a lower cost. but your suspension is a life or death part of any vehicle and i dont want to risk my life over a couple of dollars.

sorry for beating the proverbial "dead horse" topic.
