If there's a hole anywhere in eastern north Carolina then we'd probably been there. Every thing from Raleigh West we really don't know except uwharrie. But we're planing on goin to a few trails that a friend of mine knows about somewhere around were he goes to school at Western Carolina. We're hopin to go the end of April or first of May.

I'm from Fayetteville, but have a beach house in Topsail, there's a bunch of places, look for power lines off of rural roads for ex hwy 210. It's legal in NC to ride power line trails and there is always cuts off of the pl trails. Up towards Moyak there's a couple places I know too. Are u in any of these areas?

I live about 45mins north of Topsail. And yea i kinda know where ur talking about. But around here we've tore up all the power lines and know everthing around our area like the back of our hands. We pretty much are just trying to look for new places to go and ride. We've been around the fayetville area or atleast the lumberton area. I used to go to college a UNCPembroke. So pretty much every weekend i would go out with friends and try and find new places to go. But around Topsail i don't know of anywhere cause we've only driven down there like once to go muddin.

I am stationed at Cherry Point NC, and If anyony decides to go on a fourwheeling trip to anywhere around the area, get up with me, I am always lookin for new trails There are all kinds of trails around havelock, but none of them are "legal". This came from the Sheriff when I went in with a friend to ask about places. By the way, I am looking for A 10 bolt 30 spline rear end for my 89 sub. Or at least a limited slip or locker to fit it, any help would be awesome.

yeah, you guys send me a PM too if you go mudd'n one weekend. I'm from up close to smithfield, but I have a beach house in Emerald Isle and friends with places in Topsail and Atlantic beach / Morehead. The only places I'm use to going is around the farm small places where we ride 4 wheelers, nothing real great.

For all the people in central NC, there is a pretty good-sized one in Lexington right off of the highway (in between Thomasville and Lexington). I've never gone down to it before but almost every Saturday/Sunday morning/afternoon, there are a ton of trucks out there slinging mud. I live in High Point, but I haven't been out that way in almost a year. However, when I was on my way home from my friend's house in Lexington, I would always see anywhere from 20 to 50 trucks down there. On the highway, I would always see people trailering extreme 4x4's. I assumed they were headed there also. Again, I haven't been out that way in almost a year, but I assume they still go there...

Blucklberry off of 95 at exit 93, I Think. It cost 10.00 a rig and you can do anything. It not a big off road park but if your in the area its a blast. Lots of 4 wheelers and dirt bikes...

I use to go there riding 4 wheelers all the time when I was younger. Didn't know you could take your truck out there though. Thats about 30 minutes or so from my house. Something like that.

again where at in lexington? i live in statesville so it aint far

and also since this happens to be a thread centered around nc anybody in nc want to buy a fabtech desert guard with skidplate for a 2500hd? i know it fits 01-02..possibly newer i looked at my friends 05 and it wouldnt take much to get it to fit, and i would also help with installation, i just dont wanna deal with shippin it because its huge, also could make it fit a 1500, bought it from a guy that fabricated a new mount to fit his 2wd 1500, but he didnt include that mount, but im sure we could fabricate something

[QUOTE=Jenkcoast]It's legal in NC to ride power line trails and there is always cuts off of the pl trails. QUOTE]

Funny I've found this because I was doing some four wheeling in the northern part of Wake County, heading towards Wake Forest, and the cops came. They said it was illegal to cross under a powerline and that the power poles should be marked...go figure but they weren't. You wouldn't happen to have a source for that law would you? As for adding to the main thread, there's jack that I know of in the Raleigh/Durham area to go unless you want the cops being called on you.
