Most of us will squeal like a piggy if we have a bad experience with a dealer; I think it's only fair to post when a dealer gets it right.
The right side mirror heater quit heating. If it wasn't under warranty I'd probably live with it, but called the dealer I bought the truck from, Sunset Auto in Lompoc CA. They told me the CSRs are in at 7:00, the techs are in at 7:30, be there.
The tech diagnosed an open heating element. The mirror glass with the heater was IN STOCK. (Whoop). He replaced it, tested it, turnaround time was about 35 minutes (Whoop) and I was on time for work. Part cost on invoice about $135, cost to me on warrenty work nada. (Big whoop)
