The Shiftplus+ is an electronic shift improver...it has a stock setting and two other setings that firm up shifts. Part # is 70380

also about the shiftplus shockingly it works preaty dam good......
i was shocked that it actual did give ya a harder shift!
only 2 wires to hook it up as well...... i got a extra one as well. i was gonna put it in my dads jimmy but not sure if he would need it or not.... i like it personaly on the towing seting, the performance shift will practicaly throw ya.LOL
