View Full Version : 10" JL W1 V2's

I know a lot of you guys do not like JL, but i traded in my one blown Pheonix Gold Octane R and my one good one in, plus forty bucks (thats why i did it in the first place, i couldn't turn down two new subs for forty bucks) for a pair of JL W1 V2's. So far, being that they're not completely broken in, i am very impressed with them. They are hitting lower notes, stronger then my PG's did and they are also louder overall.

do the JL W1 V2's fit in a stealthbox????? i have a stealthbox and was just wondering????

id think they would, their mountin depth is only like 4.5 inches.

i work at a place that sells JL, and we've been very happy with them. The mounting depth along with the price make them a great sub that sounds pretty dang decent.

alway have alway will love JL. I havent come across any in the same price range or specs that come close at all

:LOL:i didn't say anything :LOL: you went from Pheonix Gold to JLA...that's like going from a 92 GEO prism to a 98 honda civic...and then bragging about how much faster it is :LOL:

yup sure have. Friend has Infinity stuff, paid a bit more for the materials than I did for my JL and had a shop put it in and my sound quality is much better and louder. Another friend has Polk and PG? and the same results. And a guy I work with has audiobahn stuff and they all dont compare. All in the same truck from 2000-2004

a) got ripped off or
b) have an extremely ****ty install

:dunno: the shops that did the install have been around for a while and have won tons of shows and events.

I love my JL Audio W6V2's. I would not run any other sub. Sounds awsome and is loud as hell.

Dude read the guys sig, Jesus could have installed and backed the JL's with Moses blessing the box and he would still say the JL's sucked and that there are better subs for the money out there.

Anyways glad to hear you liked the W1'v2's, they look like awesome sub's...
