:smokin: i have had my visors out for a while and i was wondering what can be done to fill in the contours for them? i have seen it done before. i dont know if i should attempt to make a new headliner board, or have my old one re upholstered and use some kind of foam to fill in those contours. any ideas? if nothing can be done, i might re consider using the visors again. i just got to the point where i now think it looks rediculous not having the visors in and looking at those damn contours where they should be. thanks alot for any help or ideas.

If you really want to get rid of them you can glue landau foam into the contours and sand it smooth then recover the whole headliner this would be a great time to put a design on your headliner using the landau foam. if your headliner is in good shape you can do all this over the existing foam and cloth.

I would cut them out and the fill with the same material or fiberglass and recover the headliner.

Theres no reason to cut the indents out you can just fill them with foam its alot easier.
