I live in Ohio and being about 45 minutes away from Stylin concepts. They're okay to work with (I suppose), and had most of the stuff I needed in stock, but some stuff they don't. I have two greivances however. Firstoff, they don't have enough items on display, it's all in the warehouse. And they've lost my respect in the fact that as soon as I walk in the door, the first thing I see is a wall dedicated to ricer parts. And cosidering their showroom basically only had 4 walls that's a quarter revenue lost right there:LOL:
And secondly (and this is what really urks me), the only people working the sales counter are a bunch of kids who should be working at McDonalds. A customer was looking for a suspension part made by DJM, the computer said they had it. The kid went in the back and when he came back he said he had it on one of the pallets that came in but basically told the guy to come back tommorrow because he didn't feel like looking for it right now. Can you say FIRED?

I noticed a big change over the years, I have been dealing with them over 10 year and the last year they seem to be a little off, but I guess it's hard to find good help these days. I called them up Friday and expected to get no help, but it turned out that they were very helpfull so I guess you have to find one good sales guy over there and keep asking for him. over the years I talked to Gary the owner and a guy name Jay and never had any problems with them, but they don't get on the phones any more. I don't blame them for getting in on the ricer parts, they have to go with the flow to stay in business.

Its like 454 said, if you are in bussiness to make money, you gotta stock/display what sells. Even if its ricer parts.................... itmaybe percieved as lost revenue to you, but there are prolly 10 kids looking for crap for thier hondas.....

I didn't have any problems when I orderd a couple of Trenz license plate frames from them a week ago. I orderd them on a Friday, and was told they'd be shipped Monday 'cause I missed the cut off for shipping by 10 miniuets. Monday morning I got an email conformation, and Thursday I had my frames. :D

I ordered DJM Shackles for my bro's truck back around April 30th and emailed them 4 days ago asking if they were on backorder or what. not 30 minutes later a sweet lady called and said they were indeed on backorder and I could cancel my order. I asked if they were on national backorder and she said most likely yes.

Also this past week I was pricing a grille and emblem and found that if I ordered the emblem from Godfathers and the grille from Truckperformance, I would save 50 bucks by not going with Stylin Concepts.

I like Stylin', but as stated before.....good help is hard to find. I would love to work at a place like that, but the people that get them usually don't want it!
