Sure, they'll quote you a good price, no doubt. However, their customer service is nonexistant and they lie.

I ordered Gibson headers and exhaust, then was talked into buying Rancho shocks as the guy said they'd really help smooth my ride, as the torsion bars are cranked and rear leafs have been added. Well, the shocks came, but wouldn't fit as they not only weren't the right ones for ANY HD, but I called Rancho and they said they only have shocks available for factory ride height and 4" lift height. With my set-up, NOTHING will work.

OK, no big deal I figured, I'll just have them issue a call tag (as I was told on the phone they would) and pick them up. I emailed them and they replied that my salesman said he was not aware that my truck was "lifted." BULL****! It was his idea in the first place! So, I bit the bullet and paid the $10 for shipping, figuring I got a good price on the Gibson stuff.

Well, that was 3 weeks ago, and I've not received any Gibson goods yet. I tried contacted customer service and have gotten voice mails (from which I received no reply) and one guy who said he'd track my package and contact me in "a couple hours," but hasn't called back. That was YESTERDAY, 24 hrs ago.

I've emailed with no reply, as well.

Sorry for the rant, but a good price isn't always best, I've found, and I thought I'd share with everyone.

HD Doug

I'm glad I never ordered wheels and tires from these clowns. I called them for prices a few months ago and they were cheaper then everybody else, but when I called back to confirm prices and shipping I could never get who I spoke to on the phone, and each time I asked another person for a price it was different. I knew they were all screwed up, beware they also sell on ebay, that's how I found them.

TruckAddons.com is located in Lexington, Ky and they have a retail store there named Trail Blazers which has been there for almost 30 years. I noticed this post about TruckAddons.com was made in 2002. At that time TruckAddons.com was growing to fast and could not take care of the customers like they needed to. They have a awesome website! It sells about everything and must do well becase they completely remodeled there retail store and it may just be the biggest accessory store in America, not just Kentucky, it is very nice. I go in the retail store but order online myself. They would be the first to tell you that they grew to fast. But they did something about it and now have a nice staff there. Try TruckAddons.com again, it is not 2002 anymore. I have been very pleased with there service, good people.

Truckaddons screwed me out of 1300 dollars. They never issued me a return tag and they would put me on hold for eternity...I'm not even kidding I would put my phone on speaker and sit for 30 minutes with no answer. They sent me the wrong lift kit, I ordered a fabtech for a Silverado they sent me one for a Suburban....retards. Then once thirty days passed they said I could no longer return it.. They are cheats and deserve to be in jail. I still have the other lift kit sitting in my garage. This was in 2004 so don't give me any off that growing company BS.
