I am getting ready to install 2-10" subs and want to retain my stock headunit for now, what all do i need to achieve this? Do i need to disconnect my factory amp, or can i just run a second amp for the subs?
thanks

Peripheral makes an add-an-amp adaptor that allows you to retain the factory head unit. It gives you a pair of RCA outputs for the amp, and I think it even has an amp turn-on wire.
