I know a lot of us preach about ART here like they're the sh!t (well, they are aren't they? :D ), but I had never actually dealt with them before. All of my ART items were bought from other places.
I had a problem with one of my Shockwaves when coming back from Dust Off in April. I sent an e-mail to Tony on Monday morning to let him know what was up. He told me to pull it off and give him a call and he'd give me an RA #. So I did. When I called him, he told me to go ahead and pull the good one of and send it in so they could make sure it's ok also. So I did that and shipped them off.
Tony let me know when they got them and gave me the lowdown on what was up and got them taken care of for me. When I got back from my trip, there was that box with the ART logo on the side waiting for me. I put them on the next morning and all is good now! :rocking:
I have a friend who had the AIM AirWaves on his truck and had one break. He called AIM and they basically told him "Tough luck!" I had no doubts when I had the problem with my Shockwave that ART would fix me up, but Tony went one step farther and wanted to make sure the good one was still good. Kudos, my man!
It just goes to show you that it's worth a bit of extra money to make sure you have a quality product with a top notch company behind it!!
