no more crackling :D
I LOVE IT. and the interstate drown noise isnt to bad at all.
my friends at work still say its loud.LOL they couldnt tell a difference... BUT now i got vids to show the difference!
i used my old flowmaster 40 DELTA muffler i had on my old 96jimmy.... ;)
its a 3inch IN/OUT center thru.
i was gonna use this magnaflow muffler BUT it was to huge for the space i had due to my pipe configuration...... so i had to use this small flowmaster 40delta cause its the only thing i could make fit ;)
well here ya go just uploaded ;)

TRUST ME..... i could run the motor for quite a while with no issues ;)
thats our shop. room for my dads massive motor home, welding booth, paint booth, office, bathroom, overhead storage area. and enough space to fit let me think how many cars/trucks are in thier now.LOL 3garden tractors.....1 vette, 1 suburban/ dog house for it in another area....1 cuttless, jimmy and of course my truck ;) not to mention just alot of crap laying around that have collected over the years.LMFAO
IT AINT NO TINY GARAGE ;) most people call it a shop BUT i just call it the garage.LOL
i maybe cheap and lazy but im not TOTALY STUPID.
i didnt even get a sun burn from welding this time.LMFAO
but i did burn a nice hole into my arm from the weld driping on me burning thru my sweater, shirt and then into my flesh :(
'just cause i had to tack weld it inplace so i knew all my welds would be right and it would simply bolt right back up ;)
im geting beter with the welding mask. :nutkick: also doing beter welds. but still had to eye ball a few minor pin holes before i was done just to be sure :windowlic
heres some pics of it after i welded it in and painted it with some engine paint.... last few times ive welded i didnt paint and it rusted preaty bad.... it cannt hurt anything at least ;)
