Well, as I had mentioned previously, I'm expanding the source material for the FSC Digital Dreams contests to include all of GM so that I don't burn up my supply as quickly.

This time around, we're starting with a stock SSR. Since it does have the convertible top, I'm giving you guys the option of going top up or top down. :cool:

Same guidelines as usual:

Entries are due by 4 PM Eastern Time on Monday, May 22nd (just over two weeks from now). I intend to be setting up the poll Monday evening.
Entries should be submitted as email attachments (no links please) to me at chuggernaut@fullsizechevy.com.
Please include your FSC username and Contest #10 in the title of the email
One submission per participant.
JPG format only
Maximum image size = 1024 x 768
Maximum file size = 300Kb
No nudity or profanity.
Parts, backgrounds, etc. may be grafted in to the edit from the source pic of your choice so long as the source pic is not another edit of the pic that this contest is based on.
To keep the voting fair, I prefer the edits to remain anonymous. I also think it's more fun if we don't have posts or PM's after the poll is opened asking other members to vote for entry number 1, etc.

And I'm going to try to pull together a few tutorials of my own in the new FSC Digital Dreams Tech Section.

The decision of who wins is up to the site population. After all the entries are in and the deadline passes, I'll be starting a new thread with a poll so you guys can vote for the winner. It'll be no different than the other contests in this area.

Not sure what is is but I can not seem to pull anything together...I think it is because I just have not seen awhole lot of those around so I can see what it would look like...if that makes any sense...

I will admit this one is a little on the hard side for me..to do something with...

Yea I don't really like SSR's, but I'm kinda likin it after I change it to how I want it.

modify it in anyway shape or form you want.

when its done submit it for judging.

I have a 3 part "non competing entry" that's been done for a week!

I may be the only one but there is not awhole lot that can be done with this truck the normal drop and shave change the wheels but everybody with a copy of PS and a few minutes can turn that out...not really awhole lot you can really do to the SSR I think that is why I am having such ahard time likeing the SSR there is just not alot of options to do to it...


I even went and changed the background for it and it still looked pretty much factory

I found about 2 or 3 different big things I could do to it, but with the lack of good source pictures I had to cut out a couple of my ideas. Still got one that's pretty "radical" that I have done on it. I've been for the most part done for about 4 or 5 days, but still looking for more mods.

Mine is subtle and meant as a stab at corporate manufacturers for being so sterile with their designs. Btw, I wish i knew half of what you have forgotton with PS. :worship:

This will be my first time ever doing something like this. I was sick last weekend and finished it the day I read the thread about it. I had actually forgotten I copied Photoshop 6.0 onto my computer about 3 years ago.
It's nothing spectacular or fancy, but I'd drive the sh** out of it.

Since Lowdown's edits are non-comp, I'll be posting them tomorrow night or Saturday. I've gotta tell you upfront... friggin' awesome as usual. I'm not competing either, but then again, I'm not sure I'll even be able to make the deadline yet. :dunno: The participating entries that I've received so far are pretty damn cool too, so keep 'em coming! :rocking:
