I am looking for suggestions on what I should do to my truck. I am looking to get new wheels and tires. How would 18's look? Should I save up and get a lift (currently truck has spindles in front)?
Thanks in advance.

rims look fine to me. if i were you i would find out the biggest tires i could mount on those rims and then get a lift that will go nice with your tire size.

truck looks pretty good as is, very clean. You could always add a daystar spacer and bump up to 305/70-16's. Do you know what kind of spindle you have on there? If you currently have a 3" spindle and a 1.5" block (what i'd guess from the pictures), I'd add a spacer and bump the block up to 2-2.5". Just my opinion. You could always get a body lift, but I don't care for those too much.
Alternatives - Add a coil and UCA lift (3"), or start saving for a crossmember kit, but that'll set you back $1300 just for the lift.
