They do not stock all the items in the catalog or on the site.

They do not inform you on the site or the catalog if the item you are requesting is "special order" or not in stock.

I did not get a reply back from an e-mail i sent for 3 days.

The "Order Status" page does not get updated in a timely manner.

Overall, i will not order from them again

Agreed... I ordered a part for my 00 and after a month of waiting cancelled my order

Can you cancel the order and place it directly thru Wet Okole (http://www.wetokole.com) ?

Sorry to heat that. I have been dealing with Performance Poducts for years now and they have always been good to me. I purchased front and rear clears(ended up selling the rears when I didn't like the look), Hypertech III, Catch-All mats, Can-Back and uprights, and so on. I always get a god deal thru them and they always have what I need in stock, with the exception of special orders such as my Can-Back and uprights. Those items did take longer than anticipated but that was Can-Backs fault. I believe the same goes for Wet Okole products. Once you place the special order Performance Products send the order to the company, they are built and shipped directly to you.

Thats fine, but all a man ask is a little heads up on that. If the item i'm requesting is special order....tell me. If it's going to take 3 weeks....tell me.

Over a month and still no seat covers from Wet Okole. I will not have them in time for TIAO, even though i ordered them 2 months in advance.


I will not order thru preformance products again.
