We just called them 6 months after I bought the Chrome SS Speed Grilles to see about getting them replaced due to the lower section rusting. They said no problem, they'd send another set out as soon as we returned the old ones, and if they rust again they'll replace them with aluminum ones. I was pleasantly surprised that they would stand behind their product after 6 months.
They did say this is only the second reported chrome speed grille rusting problem in 148 sales of Silverado grille inserts, and since the top section is still perfect, we're hoping that we'll have better luck with another set.
