Ok used it for the first time yesterday and my wheels turned out nice. What is the proper way to apply the polish? I use mothers billet and put it on by hand and then buff it out with the powerball. Is that the way everybody here does it? Im a newbie at this stuff so any help would be great.

It doesn't really matter how you put it on as long as it gets on there what ever works for you just make sure you work it in well and buff it out well. my wheels come out nice... i'll have to take some pics next time.
Good luck

I dont think it is wierd to ask how to use a product. Whats wierd is when you f up some expensive wheels trying to be a know it all. I know nothing about detailing so that is why I posted the subject. Thanks for those that replied!:FSCrules:

I have polished wheels, I use mother power metal polish. Apply polish to powerball and buff wheels, I also follow up with the billet for extra bling but apply it to wheels first then buff
Love the PowerBall......I put the polish on the ball and then rub it on the rim or use the drill real slow at first.

Alot. Right after you use it soak it in a bucket if soapy water then wash/wring it out a couple times.......it will come very clean that way. Plus, the ball is reversible.....you can take the arbor apart and flip it and use the other side. Mine will last for YEARS because I don't use it alot.
