installing door speakers?

2001 Chev Silverado.

want to replace the door speakers ( i have the speakers already).. just wonderring, how much work is it to get into the door panel to replace the speaker?

3-4 screws and they pop off

door panels speakers are just in with screws to

i think we have our lines crossed :-)

what im trying to figure out is how to take the door panel off to be able to get at the speakers.

I answered that the first time.. lol theres about 3-4 screws you take out of the door then lift up on the panel and it pop's off.
