MMC6500 Install

ok everyone, I have a pair of MMC6500 and I am installing them on a 2002 Z71 Tahoe. Am i going to need an adapter to install them or would my best bet be drilling new holes? I kinda dont want to drill holes, are there any kind of adapters that I can buy?

An mdf installation ring would be best, either have one made or order one from Select products.

Metra makes an adapter that clips in like the factory speaker and allows the use of a 6.5 or 5.25 inch speaker. Look up Metra # 82-3002

BTW on topic. I think fiberglass will yeild the best results, just time consuming.
