Are they sticky? Very.
Do they look cool? Yes.
Are they inexpensive? Quite.
Are they absolute crap? Yes!
They're cheap for a reason as one might expect. My only complaint is one that I cannot ignore: it shakes on the highway despite being balanced over and over and over. It's the tires. If I never had to drive over 45mph I'd love these tires, but this spring I'll be replacing them even though they have 70% or more treadlife left. :(
Might have been a bad batch, the ones I had on my old Tahoe were great in wet/dry and I never had a vibration problem.

I love every other aspect of them, but I've talked to a few others that have had bad luck with them in the past (similar issues as mine). Maybe it's just their quality control that's lacking.

i love mine, smooth ride!
Just curious, do they all balance out on the tire machine ? if so, did you bring it somewhere else to have the balance checked ? Whens the last time the shop you had them balanced at calibrated there tire balancer ? they use sticky weights to balance them ?
While it is possible to get a bad tire brand new, these type's are tires normally dont balance out on a balancer. They will give a high amount of weight, you can spin it again and it will give a total different reading. (yes i work at a shop).
Its also very easy for the tire balancer to be off 1/4 of an ounce if the shop hasnt calibrated it in awhile.
id bring it back to where you had them mounted/balanced at and have the tires dismounted, rotated 180degree's, remounted and have them calibrate the balancer before they pull off the old weights and balance it.

I've taken it to two different shops (same shop chain though) and each time they say one or more of the wheels was off and they fixed it, but when I get back out on the road - same deal. Maybe it's time to try a different shop? I'll talk to the one I went to and explain the issue, and your suggestion, to see what they say. Thanks! :)
