View Full Version : shocks needed for hotchkis tvs system

Does anyone have a suggestion as to what shocks i should use on my 2001 chevy when i install my hotchkis tvs system. It will have 2" drop in the frona nd a 4" drop in the back.......

Check out bilstein shocks. I dont know if they have shocks for your appliction. But when i was lowering my dakota r/t with hotchkis springs, the bilsteins were recommended to go with the hotchkis kit. I hope this helps

i have looked everywhere for a specific Bilstein shock for my application no luck yet if anyone knows HOLLA

Well here is the scoop. I called Hotchkis and they have nothing in the way of shocks for their TVS kit, neither does QA1. Edelbrock is the only high end shock i can find so i guess im going with the performer IAS shocks. I'll let u guys know how it rides and handles when i get it done..

I have Hotchkis Components + Edelbrock IAS shocks on my OBS. Trust me, you'll be happy. Be ready to carve some corners! :head:
