Coil Spacers????

Ight I'm looking at buy a set of used 2" coil spacers. To put on a 04 silverado 4.8 2wd.... But how hard or easy is it goin to be to install them???? And could run 285/70/17 on stock rims? If I'm running 255/70/17 as of right now.

there not bad to install. remove a couple of bolts and drop the spring and your ready to go. they can be a pain in the a$$ to put back in. As for the 285's im pretty sure you can.

Well I guess people just dont like coil spacers for leveling out the front of a truck... But a college student with no money still wants to make his truck look good. Anyways they still do the job even though they are cheaper then a lift kit. With out having people lookin up my skirt with a body lift.

I say do it. I think the only problem is when they are installed wrong or bigger than 2 and 1/2 inches tall. When you do it take pics so we can see how it turns out!
