fabtech lift spindle question

The fabtech web site claims that on a 4 1/2 lift spindle you cant use factory 8 lug rims with a larger tire.
What do u have to do get a different diameter or offset.If so what do you need? TKS

most spindels are like that.. you need a different backspacing so your tire/wheel wont rub the top of the spindel.. some small spacer's will help but you need to buy new wheels with their specs for it to work
