Lookiing for a tool review forum

Does anyone know of a good web site that reviews or discusses automotive/mechanic's tools? I am looking for a good air drill, but the wide range of prices ($50-$600) is making my decision difficult. I'm not sure what to look for in a good air drill...bearings, rpm, cfm, etc.
