I just picked up a truck specific floor jack from sears for $70. It's ****ing fantastic.

Features I liked:
1. It reaches the frame in 2 pumps and goes up normally from there
2. It has a longer and bent handle to clear the body/frame.
3. 3 ton and 4 ton capacity
4. I think it has bigger/wider wheels.
5. It releases slowly, unlike car jacks. Now your truck doesn't come flying down :wahoo:

Well worth it. Ohh yeah, Its black and yellow (others are black/black or black/red- cant miss it.

I have had the 3 ton for about 4 years and I like it alot. Oddly, on those Links you listed the 4 ton jack has a 1.6 out of 5 star review and the 3 ton jack has a 1.2 out of 5 star rating. I bet they have farmed the production out to some third world country to save a buck!!!

I'm guessing people that were wanting to return it went to the website to write a review. I certainly wouldn't have gone to the site if I wasn't looking for a link (and it worked just fine)

I have the 3 ton. It is 11 years old and still works as good as the day I bought it. Mine came with 3 ton jackstands also.

You're right! That's 10 people out of the thousands they have sold.

never use a floor jack without useing jackstands.....gotta remember that all that wieght of the vehicle is being held up by a little rubber o ring in the hydraulic jack...so if you have a cheap floor jack would be very wary

I always use jackstands if I'm going under it.

I know this is not your average garage jack, but my FAVORITE and best working jack is the Lincoln 4-ton long frame that we got at auction for about $350. Awesome for reaching under the widest of vehicles and tons (pardon the pun) of lift. But new there are salty!!

That yellow and black lift is their pro series SUV lift I have had mine for 5-6 years and its great. Lifts my Tahoe with no problems. Well worth the money I spent, mine also came with stands.
