Question About Subs

Ok so i been around a while, but this is my first time in the A/V forum. I recently bought from what i can tell is a pretty decent system. It is 2 JL 10mx6 subs with a custom box for under my back seat, and it came with 2 amps, an alpine v12 sub amp and matching 4 channel amp. Whole set cost me 200 bucks. My question is, the subs have a little age and the foam that is around the cone is starting to dry rot. Is there a way to replace this foam or do i have to replace the speakers?

You should be able to get a surround kit that would be close anyway.
