had my truck lowerd there about two month ago....well from the it was a bad idea from the start...
Day 1: go in talk to Pablo tell him i have every thing i need cept the notch. he tells me he will order the C-Notch and install everything for $480 its a new shop so i figure they are trying to get there name thrown out there for every one. We make an appiontment for the following week to drop it off, talked there installer who said a full day maybe a day and a half. Im cool with that. Also while talking to there installer he tells me they are getting ready to bag my friends escalade to lay frame, i tell him have fun with that, he ask why. I say with it being AWD thats going to be a bitch.......he was like it is?? so that should have been clue one that i didnt need to take my truck there.
Day 2: Go to drop truck off the day we agreed on, they didnt open till 2 hours after they said they open. get in there they tell me they didnt order the notch cause he wasnt sure if i was going to come back...i tell him we agreed on this date. he says he will order the notch and call me when it comes in.
so they call me and i agree to drop my truck off in a few days.
Day 3: drop truck off, they tell me truck will be ready about closing time the next day.
Day 4: Go to pick up truck at closing time, they tell me its not ready we talk for a few minutes he tells me for sure the next day.
Day 5: So this time instead of driving down there (20 minutes from my house)i call to make sure its ready they say by closing the next day it will be done)
Day 6: ok so by this day im pretty pissed i show up down there at closing and im not leaving with out my truck......well we stand around for about 2 hours after the shop closed for them to finish my truck. they fineally finish, i go to pay he tells me it will be $720.00 i tell him you told me $480, he was like yeah i know but that was for installation and this ended up being way more work than we thought and plus the price of the notch...i tell him well all i have is $480 so he says thats fine just bring the rest when i can. i say ok.
and from that point on it gets worse. i take the truck to my exhaust guy to have him redo my exhause since with the drop it had to be done. he tells me shock extenders are done all wrong. he does what he can to fix it but after looking more into they did it completely wrong, left parts out on the shock extenders and everything...........so in short DONT TAKE ANYTHING THERE!!!!
