Pioneer OEL Display [Archive]

I'm thinking about picking up a Pioneer DEH-P7400MP with the OEL display. I'm curious if anyone has one or a similar model in their truck... how close of a match is the blue/green OEL display color to that of the shifter/odo indicator and compass mirror display?

Not sure but love the Pioneer's :D I'm buying a DEH-P940MP soon :D

Oh well, I just put in the order for one anyway. :D
Gonna replace my plain ol' non-MP3 playin' Alpine.

I like the 940MP too. I'm thinking about replacing the Sony CDX-C90 in my car with one. Either that or the MEX-5DI - I can't decide. I dunno if the MEX-5DI's fancy color screen is worth $120 more, considering the rest of the HU is pretty damn ugly.

I've got the MP-8400MP in my truck and I really love it. Unfortunately I have a 95 so I can't compare it to the other lights on the interior. It soes have a cool neon blue color arounf the controls (kinda like the VW's have now, but not as bright).

They match that color pretty close, I have a 99 Tahoe, and have a 6300 in there.

Sounds good to me! Is there any way to make the rest of the illumination match, or are they surface mount LEDs?
