where can i get echo tips for my truck and are they just regular tips or is that what they are called?

I've never even heard of echo tips. Are they supposed to make your exhaust have an echo effect or what.

someone on chevy truck world told me about them i gues they are suposed to make your truck louder

What I have seen called echo tips are just large bore tips, like 4 or 5 inches. They are ussually necked down to the regular exhaust size and are anywhere from 12 to 36 inches in length.
