I'm a couple of weeks away from fixing the AC on this thing and I wanted to offer it for sale before I mess with it. Truck has a 350 Goodwrench motor, 700R4 transmission, 3.73 axles, 10 bolt front, 14 bolt rear, WARN hubs in front, DeeZee running boards, Class V receiver, 9-passenger seating, dual AC, tilt wheel, stock Delco AM-FM stereo, power windows including tailgate, power locks, and it rides on BFGoodrich Commercial T/A E Load Rated tires on stock white painted steel wheels.

Truck is driven daily. Everything is good to go and I'd trust it to New York and back tomorrow if I had enough gas money.

Issues:

AC out, compressor good, needs a hose replaced and the system charged
Will need front brakes done, calipers, rotors and all
Parking brake could stand adjustment, holds forward, not reverse
Horrendous mileage (9-11mpg) but it is what it is
Driver's power window is shot, still works a little
Tailgate won't open, window works fine
Pulls to the right somewhat while cruising, steering wheel off center
Pulls to the left while braking, I'm used to this by now so don't notice
Headliner no good, piece missing, sags some, needs a new one
Hood ornament broken and sitting in glovebox
Gas gauge accurate but shorter sweep, E to 3/8, with 3/8 acting as full
I lost the owner's manual but have the warranty manual
Could stand to have a new battery put in before summer heat arrives
One crack in windshield but high on passenger side, not in driver's vision
Rust over rear wheel arches, in rockers, and on tailgate (Colorado truck)

As for the good stuff, it's tagged and inspected through 11/07, and only really needs one more emissions test before it's exempt (just wait til 12/1/07 to test, then 1/1/09 you can do safety only). Exhaust system is new all the way up to and including the cat. Radiator is a couple years old and 4-core. 40 gallon gas tank. 3000lb payload capacity, funny how a "3/4" ton truck can carry 1 1/2 tons! 11500 GCWR means roughly 6000lb towing limit though hitch is rated to 10K weight distributing. Guess if it was a 454/400 it could handle more like 9000-9500lb.

We'll take $1600 cash, or trade even for a 1/2 ton, 2wd, fuel injected Suburban, 91 or older, with 3 rows of seats, working AC, and current inspection sticker. Will also consider a 1996-1999 Astro or Safari passenger van. Will also consider a sedan, 96-up, GM W-body or Chrysler LH. In any case, we'll take any color but green.

I'd rather sell this locally here in Fort Worth, but out-of-towners are welcome to come pick it up. I won't ship the truck. Ask for pictures. It's yellow and white outside, tan inside, white stock wheels.
