Replacement buttons for 2002 delco in-dash cd player?

I've got a 2002 silverado with the factory in-dash cd player. all the black is worn off the preset and track forward/back buttons making the radio hard to operate and even worse to look at.

Otherwise, it works just fine so I dont care to replace the radio itself.

Does anyone know if the buttons can be purchased from somewhere? I've searched high and hard but can't find anyplace that offers replacement buttons.
