I finally got the time to remove the old hood, pull down all the brackets I made for the hood reversal and paint them, and put the new cowl hood on. I had some help through it all... my 11y/o Alex. He's been pestering me to work on the truck for two weeks. Looks like we have another Car/Truck Guy in the making:D

It still needs a little tweakin' on the slider bolt brackets. But that'll have to wait until I can get back over to the racecar shop. I don't have a bench vise here at the house.

Good looking out Ivan... Thanks again redbird. I'll post pics of my hood when i get anywhere with it. I went to the boneyard yesterday to pull the hinges only to find out that the bolts are torque bits.... which i didnt have! Bummer, and today its raining... Anyhow, thanks again man! You rock!
