Rockford Fosgate 10" sub and a truck box

I have one Rockford Fosgate Punch Phase 1 sub and an MTX truck box.. The subs specs are: 4 ohms, 150 watts RMS and 300 watts max. I have the other one in my truck but my amp was too weak to push both so i thought id get rid of one.. It works fine. The dimenensions of the box are 22"x 16"x 8.5" .. I had it in my 99 silverado 1500 with an extended cab underneath my backs seats.. Im trying to get $70 and the price for s&h outta of it since combined i paid well over $120 for it..

well under my backseat I had 9" of room.. The box measures 8.5" at the tallest point
