I found some 3M Rubbing Compound under a shelf in the shop and also found some TurtleWax Polishing Compound. Which should I use for the whole body of the truck with a buffer? The TurtleWax is a harder substance and the Rubbing Compound is more liquid like.

Rubbing compound is more abrasive than polishing compound, always start out with the least abrasive possible to do the job, in most cases where rubbing compound is used to get the best results you'd use the polishing compound next.

Stay away from the Turtle Wax.

Voice of experience here:

Definitely stay away from the Turtle Wax at all costs. That old paste style stuff is totally different than modern products. Some of the most aggressive rubbing compounds on the market today would give better results than the Turtle Wax polishing compound.

Which 3M product is it? They did make some gritty stuff (Super Duty Rubbing Compound comes to mind). Many of their other products are much better in virtually all cases.
