If you were to recommend one maybe two programs that you use to edit everything what would they be and how much are they? Especially for a beginner.

i use photoshop. it's pretty $$$. i got mine way cheap, 'cause i called to check on the price and i was quoted something i knew was too low, so i hauld ass and picked it up. you might be able to find a download of it tho.

photoshop is awesome...but if you plan on just walking into best buy and buying it, you better have $600+ on hand (students can get it for like $250)

Here is what I got Photoshop 6 is a must (599). ACDSee Power Pack (100) Great for doing batching and color breakdowns.

Unfortunately there is not just one program to use. I have over 500 megs of Photoshop filters fonts etc. I also bounce into other apps from Macromedia, Jasc etc to get the output I want.

Also if you are a student you can get PS for 200 I think. If your strapped drop me a line I know of a few places you can search for it. U will just need a good line to get it.

nothing that is worth a dam. If you want cheap use whatever your OS comes with... But the output will be crappy.

Like I said drop me a line and I might be able to point you in the right direction for a copy.

photoshop elements is worth the money its only a hundred or so




I only use ps 6 with about 3000 bux worth of plugins

theres alot of digital imagery stores online, and stores like compusa and best buy sell some as well

I got photoshop 6 off Morpheus for free. $600 bucks is alot of money:confused:

My brother FTP'd photoshop 6 disc image to me from college for free too.....
and I just got xenofex from Kazaa which uses the same servers/users as morpheus...

Becareful with Kazaa, I heard it has spyware in it, where Morpheus doesn't.

old version was new version isn't i've checked it with 5 spyware detector's and they couldn't find anything

As far as I know PS 7.0 isn't even finished yet. I know this because the company I work for is an Adobe Development Partner. So don't get your hopes up its most likely PS 6.0

good call, PS7 isn't scheduled to release til around spring, so it's just someone trying to get a higher rating on their downloads.
