I would install the fenders/hood, and only tighten the bolts you won't be able to further tighten with these components installed. From there, align the pieces accordingly. It will be a trial and error situation in a sense, as it may take a few adjustments. The doors should be simple! Once the hinge assembly is properly mounted to the door, adjust the door striker. I adjusted mine, and it takes a while. Make sure that the door lock mechanism is not being forced to pull up on the door striker. It should be a smooth operation. While you are at it, I would recommend replacing the door strikers with new ones. JCWhitney sells zinc plated ones. This will eliminate the doors from rattling, and they will close much easier. That is what I did. Talk to 454ss for more alignment information. :D

my plan was put on the doors then align the fenders to that then the rad support to that and then the hood on that
ohh and there brand new doors because mine were rusty fiberglass and bondo filled pieces of crap anyway i have no inner door stuff so i can paint it good

That will work! :) Installing the fenders with the doors off is easier, IMO. :D

It is always easier to remove the alignment shims and label where they came from this will put you in the ballpark. Then you can fine tune from there. I realize you probably did not do this so go with plan b and put the doors on first.
