Your not gonna find a complete kit for lower than a 3/4 i think.
The rear is just like any other truck, just buy a flip kit/c notch.
The front will need Belltech key's. The part number for mine was 3902 I think.
If you want more drop then your gonna have to go see a pro i'm afraid. The front seem's to be the only problem,I got mine to an inch from the ground by reindexing the torsion bar's but I would not suggest that. It completely take's away your ride, and at 1" from the ground that's NOT what you want.
I thought I found some Key's that were indexed with a double pattern on it on one of the 4wd forum's i've been lurking.
I kept going cause I don't need any more than 3",I plan to pull the body down a couple inches and have like a 2" drop.
I just want to sit on the tire with no frame showing.
I'll see if I can find those key's again.

i wanted a 4/6 looks like they only have 3/4that's the only kit made for the 2 door 4x4. Anything lower than that will change the geometry of the drive shaft which will not allow the 4x4 feature to work- at least that is what I was told.DefEddie how bout some pics!!!

Here's my truck stock as I bought it(keep in mind it was a cheap beater bought to chop)

This is after I reindexed the torsion bar's,I did drive it in 4Hi the entire time it was like this and had no binding issue's that i'm aware of whatsoever. Granted I only drove it back and forth to work on a back highway a few mile's,but every curve and straightaway had my foot on the floor.
The rear is up cause I was just figureing out the front end design, you can't tell but the front crossmember/skidplate literally couldn't drive over a laid over cigarette pack without moving it.

I haven't took a pic of it since I put the belltech key's on,right now they are set all the way up. I've yet to even experiment with how low they will go,I'm already where I want to be suspension drop wise. I don't see me going more than another inch down after I get the 18's.
The wheel and tire selection will make a big difference in your suspension height also. If you go up several size's in wheel then your 3in drop didn't get you any lower to the ground,it just pulled your tire's closer to the fender.
That's why you can look at 2 truck's with the same drop and different size rim's and one will be lower. I'd rather have an 18 with a decent tire then some 24's with a rubberband and still be taller and have a chitty ride due to no tire rebound.
Your wheel size should be factored in when you plan your drop,it'll save wheel and tire issue's later or dissapointment with not having enough or too much drop.

Oh yeah,i've only had it a month or so but it has changed alot for the better since that pic a couple week's ago. It still look's like crap, but it's getting a little better.

I don't see why not unless you run into problem's with the notch. I think some people with the shackle's have ran into minor problem's.
You should be able to lower it as far as you want, just not sure how low you can go before you have to start cutting body back there.
I'll be gladd to find out for you though,I'm looking for a set of shackle's right now since I don't have enough jackstand's to take my other's of my other yukon.
I'm slipping a rear leaf,going to 2" shackle's and getting my leaf's dearched 3inches.
I don't plan on using all the drop though, more than likely mine will keep the stock shackle's for the drop I want, but I'm mounting everything right at first to see what kind of adjustability in height i'll have with the shackle's. I'll be sure to snap some pic's.

if you do hanger and shackle that will drop 4 inches. and take bottom spring out that will give ya another 1"
so you get about 5" drop in rear. and yeah probably need to notch frame. that part I'm not sure.

mine is kit for 2/2 but it actually dropped like 2/3 since the my rear spring is gone.. so that's why looks sites lower.(see it in my sig)

I'm baggin mine, in progress right now by modified front axle and custom setup in front. it will drive it as 2wd. I'll take out transfercase out so when it lays it won't hit the case and spilllin oil all over.

since I bought my tahoe 4wd never worked, and never had ny problem driving in snow.. driving in front of snow prow on 87

I am wanting to keep my 4wd,I have a 2wd Yukon that is lowered already.
I'm building an AWD turbo 2dr,so I need to keep all my geometry nice and straight since it will be running quite a bit higher RPM's then the stock stuff would ever have went. I'm running a static drop though so I can set everything once.

I have a 2in drop shackle on my 2dr. I was thinking about adding a 3.5in rear drop leaf... thoughts?
