For some reason my pulse width is all over the place and I can't figure it out. At idle is back and fourth from .38 to around .7 and at cruising speed around .78 to 1.30 and accelerating and any other time its constantly jumping around too. I'm running 28 psi, injector flow rate of 11.85 for 61# injectors, my VE tables are fairly close but I can't get them to stay consistant because of the pulse width all over the place. Any ideas?

does it do it in open and closed loop?
you mean the BPW constant is changing, or the actual PW at the injector is weirdly changing

it almost sounds like a bad ground to the ecm or the engine. is it causing a stumble at all?
I had to put new ends on the PCM grounds a while back but I believe the problem at least with the stumbling is because I'm using the wrong spark plugs. I'm still using the swirl port plugs in the vortec heads and apparently thats not a good thing to do. Makes it do all kinds of weird ****.

did it start this out of the blue, or after changes to the bin?
