View Full Version : what to use for a FPR spring

I've got two choices for springs, one that when shimmed all the way puts it at 18 psi or one that with no shims puts it at 28 psi. I'm looking for around 20 to 22 psi. Not having any luck finding a good spring to use. Anyone know of any applications that use a spring that could double as a FPR spring thats of about that pressure range?

Heat will "soften" that 28psi one, you might be able to get it where you want it.
